REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Bloom Labs Research LLC (“Bloom Labs Research,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality research products and exceptional customer service.
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are considered final. However, Bloom Labs Research provides limited replacement protection for products that arrive damaged during transit or are verified to have been shipped incorrectly.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Replacement Policy.
1. ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the nature of our products:
- All sales are final.
- Returns are not accepted.
- Exchanges are not accepted.
- Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
Products sold by Bloom Labs Research are intended strictly for research purposes and cannot be returned once they have left our facility.
2. DAMAGE PROTECTION POLICY
Every order is protected against verified transit damage.
If a product arrives damaged during shipping, Bloom Labs Research may provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement, customers must:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged product.
- Provide photographs of the shipping packaging.
- Provide the order number associated with the purchase.
All replacement requests are subject to review and approval.
One replacement may be issued per customer, per order.
3. INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the request, we may require:
- Photographs of the product received.
- Photographs of packaging.
- Order confirmation information.
Once verified, Bloom Labs Research may provide a replacement shipment at our discretion.
4. PRODUCT QUALITY CONCERNS
Bloom Labs Research maintains strict quality standards and may provide third-party testing documentation when available.
If you believe a product does not meet published specifications, please contact our support team.
Any quality-related claim may require:
- Batch information.
- Product photographs.
- Additional supporting documentation.
Bloom Labs Research reserves the right to independently review all quality claims before determining an appropriate resolution.
You may create an account to make purchases and track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as needed.
5. REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Step 1 – Document the Issue
Take clear photographs showing:
- The affected product.
- Product labels.
- Shipping packaging.
- Any visible damage.
Step 2 – Contact Support

- Description of the issue.

Step 3 – Review
Bloom Labs Research will review the submitted information and may request additional documentation.
Step 4 – Resolution
If approved, a replacement product will generally be shipped within 1–3 business days.
6. ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT
The following situations may qualify for a replacement:
- Verified transit damage.
- Incorrect item received.
- Incorrect quantity received.
- Shipping errors caused by Bloom Labs Research.
Approval remains subject to review and verification
7. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT
The following situations are not eligible for replacement or refund:
- Change of mind.
- Customer ordering errors.
- Reconstituted products.
- Opened products.
- Products altered after delivery.
- Improper storage after delivery.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Missing photo documentation.
- Claims submitted outside the reporting window.
- Products used in violation of their intended research purpose.
8. FRAUD PREVENTION
Bloom Labs Research reserves the right to investigate all replacement requests.
Replacement requests may be denied where:
- Evidence is insufficient.
- Fraud is suspected.
- Information provided is inconsistent.
- Excessive claims are associated with an account.
- Abuse of the replacement policy is identified.
Bloom Labs Research reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim qualifies for replacement
9. SHIPPING ISSUES
Bloom Labs Research is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers.
- Weather events.
- Natural disasters.
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- Carrier service interruptions.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom Labs Research shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages.
- Consequential damages.
- Loss of profits.
- Loss of data.
- Business interruption.
- Research outcomes.
Any liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
11. RESEARCH USE ONLY NOTICE

- Are not intended for animal use.
- Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
- Must be handled only by qualified individuals.
Bloom Labs Research is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or unauthorized use of products.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Bloom Labs Research reserves the right to modify this Refund & Replacement Policy at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Website.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
