9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines become the responsibility of the carrier.

•Stolen packages
•Delivery interruptions outside our control
Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact both the shipping carrier and Bloom Labs Research support.

10. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment arrives damaged, customers must notify Bloom Labs Research within 48 hours of delivery.
Damage claims must include:
•Order number
•Photographs of the damaged product
•Photographs of shipping packaging
•Description of the damage
Claims are reviewed in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.
